Our Remotes are Brand New!
The remote controls that we sell are not refurbished or used like some of our competition. Refurbished remote controls may not be able to withstand the daily abuse remote controls suffer. Especially in the living room. We carry all major brand models from as far back as 1980.

Shipping and return policy:
We ship standard USPS within the US and Canada. Most orders are shipped the same day or the following business day via First Class Mail. There may be a slight delay on back-ordered Remotes. We also have a 30-day return policy if you have any problems with your order, in the rare instance that you're not completely satisfied with your order. (We know you'll be satisfied.)
