Our Remotes are Brand New! All of our remotes are new remotes - they are not refurbished or used. This means that you're going to get the maximum life out of our remotes, and get the full value for your dollar.

Shipping and return policy: We ship standard USPS within the US and Canada. Orders are typically processed on the next business day. We also have a 30-day return policy if you have any problems with your order, in the rare instance that you're not completely satisfied with your order. (We know you'll be satified.)
